"I first contacted Ron Rutkowski at Media Works for a commercial installation at my office space in South San Francisco. We were moving into a new space and I wanted to have speakers installed throughout the office for background music. Ron came in and walked me through his recommendations for what would be easy to operate, cost-effective, and offer substantial coverage for the size of our space. Within several days I received a detailed proposal with options for various levels of work. Once we confirmed what we wanted, Ron and his team did the installation and trained our staff on how to operate the sound system. He was thorough, neat, and did not cause any disruption during the installation process.
Based on the high quality of work performed in my office, I later contacted Ron to install a sound system for my backyard at home. He approached this job with the same professionalism as he did my office, and offered me levels of service to match my budget. I started with a partial installation and soon realized I wanted to move forward with the more expansive sound system and Ron was supportive throughout. He was again a pleasure to work with and extremely thorough in all aspects. When I was having trouble one weekend getting all the speakers to work, he offered to come right over and fix the problem.
